Passage print

In 2023, I have been asked by the PALP Festival to take part to “Passage“, an exhibition exploring our relationship with death. When I was 19, I left my family for a whole new life in Lausanne, in Switzerland. At the same time, I adopted a cat I named Endive. Together, we grew up and sometimes lived with 12 other people in the same house. For 12 years, we have been living all sort of adventures an grew up together. Unfortunately, she suddenly passed away and I have never been able to tell her goodbye. Through those illustrations, I am telling the story of our special relationship and imagine another end to the story where I am able to say goodbye and know she is in a better place where she knows I did not left her alone to die at the veterinarian.
